Service Description

Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. While doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them. A fun and joyful yoga class, done from the comfort of your villa, where children will foster their concentration & imagination through the imitation of animal postures and initiation to yoga techniques. NEEDED MATERIAL: Outdoor or indoor space to lay the yoga mats.
